For add-on creators, the "byte order mark" at the beginning of function files gets removed automatically now if it exists. This prevents encoding issues that could cause functions to fail. The ScriptHotbarContainerComponent documentation got corrected to accurately state it checks the player's first hotbar slot instead of incorrectly saying it checks the third slot.
