Minecraft PE 1.13.0.1

Minecraft Bedrock 1.13.0.1 APK is the first beta for version 1.13.0, released in mid-July 2019. This build adds foxes, structure voids for mapmakers, and improvements to structure blocks. There are also accessibility enhancements, command improvements, and changes to villager trading and cameras.

Foxes

Foxes spawn in taiga biomes – red foxes in regular taiga, white foxes in snowy taiga. They pick up and carry items in their mouths and sometimes eat what they're holding. Trusted foxes will defend trusted players. Wolves and polar bears attack them. Fox spawn eggs are available in creative mode.

Structure Voids

Structure voids are invisible blocks that help structure authors mark locations not to be overridden when structures are placed. Unlike air blocks, structure voids don't overwrite existing blocks when the structure loads. For example, if you load a structure with air at the top and a structure void at the bottom into stone blocks, the top becomes air but the bottom stays stone. They're only visible when holding the item or when "show invisible blocks" is enabled in structure blocks. They have full block hitboxes and are available through experimental gameplay.

Structure Block Improvements

Structure blocks got Save and Load functionality behind the experimental gameplay toggle. They have new textures and additional features that make them more useful for mapmakers working with custom structures.

Camera Functionality

Cameras can no longer be obtained with `/give` but now have actual functionality. Screenshots taken by cameras save to the screenshots folder, making them useful for documentation or sharing moments from the game.

Command and Accessibility Improvements

Tab-complete works for coordinate commands now, making it easier to write position-based commands. A new `PersistComponent` command handles mob persistence. Map-making commands got various improvements. Accessibility settings can be accessed from in-game chat and the menu got revamped. The menu font changed to a new style.

Villager Trading Changes

Villager trade levels now match Java Edition with 5 profession level badges instead of 3. Cartographer trades require 11 glass panes instead of 10. Illager captains now correctly give the Bad Omen effect when killed in combat with the player.

Map Visuals

Locked maps have a unique inventory icon now, making it easier to distinguish them from regular maps at a glance.
