Minecraft PE 1.13.0.5

Minecraft Bedrock 1.13.0.5 APK is the fourth beta for version 1.13.0, released in early August 2019. This build focuses on crash fixes and performance improvements, particularly for Android devices. There are also several gameplay bug fixes affecting mob drops, arrows, and block interactions.

Android Performance Improvements

Game loading on Android devices got optimized, which also fixes the "App Not Responding" message that would sometimes appear when launching the game. There was also an issue causing the app to sometimes not respond during loading, which has been resolved. These improvements should make the game more reliable on Android hardware.

Crash Fixes

Multiple crash scenarios have been addressed. Crashes could happen during normal gameplay, when signing out of Xbox Live on Xbox One, when interacting with custom entities, after sleeping in beds, and when applying resource packs to Realms. All of these are fixed now.

Mob Drop Fixes

Mobs once again drop equipment as loot, which was broken in a previous build. Mobs also no longer drop fully repaired items as loot – before this fix, they'd sometimes drop items with full durability when they should be damaged. The recipe book now suggests armor, weapons, and tools again.

Gameplay and Block Fixes

Breaking blocks while boarding a boat or holding a bow or crossbow works correctly now. Arrows no longer fire backwards when shooting at the ground. Leaves on trees don't get cut off at chunk boundaries during terrain generation anymore. End gateway portals no longer generate on the main obsidian platform in the End. Players can't push lit TNT entities anymore.

Mob Behavior

Dolphins now follow players in boats. Fish and dolphins with the FollowFlock goal state no longer stop moving in water. The fishing float texture is fixed. Elytra left wing flipped model issue is corrected.

Visual and VR Fixes

Arm movement animation when switching items in first person view is fixed. VR mode no longer has missing right arm issues. When waking up from sleep in VR immersion mode, the HUD positions correctly and axe animations work. Controller mapping displays correctly instead of showing as "unassigned". The Marketplace layout got tweaked to prevent overlapping information.
