Minecraft Bedrock 1.13.1 APK is a hotfix release for Android that came out in mid-November 2019. The founder's cape can now be applied to custom imported skins properly. Waiting for skins to load no longer blocks you from joining games, which was causing delays when starting to play. Most importantly, players no longer share the same custom skin during multiplayer sessions – before this fix, everyone would sometimes appear with the same skin, which was confusing.

Portal Navigation Fix

Portals now take you to the correct location in the corresponding dimension. Before this fix, going through Nether or End portals could put you in the wrong spot, sometimes far from where you should be. This was breaking portal networks and making dimensional travel unreliable.

Visual and UI Fixes

Chests that were sometimes appearing invisible are fixed, so you can actually see your storage containers. View bobbing movement got tweaked for better feel. Incorrect Japanese and Korean characters that were showing up in language settings are corrected. Closed Realms no longer display on the "Create on Realms" screen, and there's a proper error message when trying to create on Realms while having expired Realms on the account.
